This sweet but sad little puppy is none other than OWH Mascot Ciara. The image is available along with lots of other free digis at the OWH website here. I thought it would be just perfect for this week's MWT Challenge Theme of K-9.
I always loved this adorable image, and the colors you used look great! TFS the paper weight chart - it's still confusing but if I study it long and hard enough, I'll eventually get it :)
