World Cardmaking Day OWH Blog Hop

Welcome! I hope that whether you're a participant or a visitor you find today's hop fun and inspiring. If you are not a crafter but want to be a part of the great mission of OWH please consider making a donation. A traditional gold, silver & burgundy color theme using paper in my stash that has metallic foil and embossed accents  The sentiment stamp is made by Crafts, Etc!

  29. Paula, I like the sparkle on this card! I tried to imagine the card with just one background pattern, and while that would work, it would definitely not be as "eye-catchy" as this. I'm most impressed that you sewed in a circle! I'm CASEing this design!!

  30. This is such a stunning card! I think the gold foils (elements) are what really draw me to it. You did an fantastic job!

  35. OMGosh! LOVE your card - the gold and burgundy are gorgeous (and I must admit sparkly is something I miss when creating my own OWH cards - I worry that I'll choose the wrong sparkly so I don't do any lol). Your card is absolutely FESTIVE!

  44. I like the 'cut' of the background pieces, the way it doesn't go from corner to corner. The ornament definitely makes it super elegant with the ribbon, bow, and GOLD!
