Just For You

Hello Friends! I'm still struggling to get back in the groove when it comes to card making and blogging. I managed to make a few cards last week (no wait it was the week before last) and was determined to sit down and set up a few posts that I could schedule in advance. Needless to say it didn't happen. I'm reaching a point, after a year of personal tribulations where I feel like I need to make some decisions... give up crafting, give up blogging, give up both, recommit myself to card making and skip blogging, recommit to doing both... well there are a bunch of options. I just have to figure out which to choose.

Meanwhile this card share today is a Just for You card that winged it's way to Raeanna Smith as part of a recent 'card shower'. What's a card shower you ask? When  a bunch of your card making friends get together — usually in secret — and send a bunch of cards to someone who could use some cheering up and support.

Happy Crafting!

  1. Wonderful card as always! I look forward to your posts even though I do not always comment. Your efforts with the card maker boot camp really helped me grow as a card maker. Best of luck on whatever you decide.

  2. Please don't give up- I'd rather have you post sporadically than not at all.

  3. I agree with Tami - don't give it up all together. I love looking at your work and have put so many in my "to be CASED" folder.

  4. Paula, I understand. I'm going through the same struggles, but for different reasons. You make lovely cards, but the struggle can be very frustrating.

  5. What a beautiful card today! I love seeing your cards and blog posts, but what matters more is your energy and creativity. I hope you'll find a good balance with or without blogging.

  6. Of course I love seeing your cards, Paula. But do what works best for YOU! Don't worry if you haven't posted for a while. Do what you can at your own schedule. Good luck with your decision! From Laura P
