Hello! I'm going to ask forgiveness for making this post short. I'm managing to get back into the swing of 'creating cards' but photographing, uploading and posting them is still a stumbling block.
This beautiful lighthouse image is an oldie but goody from Stampin Up. I think this stamp set is among my all-time favorites and I can without a doubt say I got my moneys worth having used it more times than I can count. So many times that his card probably looks like a lot of others I've done.
The fine yarn is reminiscent of rope but it's very soft and stays pretty flat making it a nice choice for card making.
I colored this image with my Spectrum Noir Markers, which need some loving-care after sitting unused for quite a long time it's time for some re-inking and nib changing.
Happy Crafting!
I really like your card. The colors and textures are very eye pleasing. TFS
ReplyDeleteVery handsome with the patterned paper colors. I like your yarn rope effect. Thanks for taking the time to share it!
ReplyDeleteEverything about this card is perfect. I can almost hear the lapping of the waves on the shore and the seagulls screech as I look at it!
