Stars & Stamps: Pot of Gold Challenge

Among the new list of goals I've set for myself since this past weekend's blog hop is to do my best to participate in as many challenges as possible and to do a better job of photographing the cards. This challenge was a lot of fun and it forced me to dig out my embossing supplies which hadn't seen the light of day in I don't know how long.

Thanks for the inspiration Jan. I had forgotten how much fun embossing can be.

Happy Crafting Everyone!

Hi Paula! Your card is gorgeous, I love the gold embossing and the papers you used!

I made a light box from a cardboard box to try to help get better pictures. I think it helps. If you'd like the link to the tutorial on how to make it I have it in a blog post.

Your embossed focal image looks amazing! Those designer papers are a great match for the gold, and I love the torn, distressed panel too!
