It's been several weeks since I made six of these and while I can tell you the image is a digi I can only guess that it might be from Dover Publications. I can say for certain that I also used my Stampin Up 'Top Note' Die and the Sunflower Die if from My Favorite Things.

Hi Paula! Thanks for the visit. I haven't been online too much lately with the husband home on vacation. Your card is beautiful - I'll have to CASE the oval in the Top Note Die - It looks fabulous! Can't wait to see the classes you'll be teaching! Hope your back is doing better soon.
