Hello and welcome to my stop on the OWH Blog Hop! You can find the start of the hop over at OWH Stars & Stamps.I've been making cards for OWH (then Cards For Heroes) since May 2008 and have really enjoyed being a part of such a wonderful organization. If you are just finding out about this great cause I urge you to go explore the main OWH Website and to join in the fun. I can guarantee you that once you get started you'll be hooked just like I was.
Deadlines for holiday cards are posted in the left margin of the main page. The deadline for Christmas cards has passed. The next deadline is January 7th for Valentine's cards. If you're like me and have a hard time keeping up with deadlines just set your sights on the basic themes that are needed all year round like Love, Miss You, Thinking of You, Hello, Thank You, and Birthday so you can send them anytime it's easiest for you.
Here is my card entry for the hop using a digi stamp I created specifically for this event.

Hi Paula, your card is really cute. I am new to DIGI stamps and am not sure what it means. Did you design the stamp for your card??? It is sure cute if you did.

Hi Patrice, I am hoping you may see this since I didn't have any way to respond to you by email. Digital (digi for short) stamps are simply graphics that you download and print out on your computer and then you use them like you would a rubber stamp to create your crafted item.
I LOVE this new digi and really appreciate that you have shared it with us - I will be using it TODAY on my OWH Valentine challenge cards!
